A Day at the Park

Walking our neighborhood is a regular activity for us. We like to visit with neighbors who are outside. Sometimes we will look in the windows of empty houses planning our future house purchase. We often stop by the park and play while we sit holding hands on a nearby bench. Last week we went for our usual walk, but instead of sitting on the bench, Marvin began playing a wonderful game of chase with the kids.

My beloved husband is the most fun man I know. The other day we were out shopping and a Latin song came over the speaker in the store. It sounded like a salsa dancing song. So, I lean into my husband and say, "They are playing our song!" This was the first time either of us had heard this song, but he thanked me for letting him know and then proceeded to attempt to dance with me in the store. I just laughed and laughed. He can be so spontaneous and playful at times. It was such a moment this day at the park. Here are photographs I snapped during our adventure.
