These precious people are my husband's children. I want to say they are my children, because I truly feel as if they are my own in my heart. I feel like God gave them to me to take care of them spiritually. I pray for them every day and I know God has an amazing purpose for their lives. .
We went to see Kendall play basketball this weekend. Any time another player would fall, Kendall would help him get up. Even the opposing team!! I was moved to tears at the generosity this young man showed for his fellow man. I wanted to tell Kendall how proud I am of him. However, I know the kids don't know me and do not trust me still. This makes me very careful of approaching them.
I am eager to see the miracles God will work in and through the Davis family.... especially the things God is going to accomplish in Sierra, Brittany, Kendall, Alex, and Isaiah. Father, open their eyes to see the amazing. Open their eyes to see the impossible. Open their eyes to see the wonderful plans you have for them and open their hearts with a willingness to receive all you have for them. Use Marvin and I to be spiritual parents to all of our children. We are willing to be used for your praise and glory. To you alone goes all glory.
