This is week five of my enrollment at DeVrys University. Its been a hard five weeks for my family and I. My husband has had to help with home work more. My son has had to wash a few more dishes than anticipated. The house has been more disheveled than before DeVrys. The laundry has piled up to the weekend more than before. I have been exhausted from late nights staying up completing papers.
I have learned much since I started college! I have learned that there are appropriate ways to format essays. I have learned that I can't always write about things I know. I have learned that its okay to end a sentence with a preposition. I have also learned that I don't have to do everything around the house myself. I have learned that its possible to have dinner on the table in 30 minutes! I have learned that my husband is very supportive and wants me to finish school. He supports my dreams even if they mean extra work for him. I have learned that its okay to ask for help. I am sure there will be lots of lessons to be learned in the next semester. I thank God that He has surrounded my life with so much support and look forward to the many lessons He has for me to learn in the future.
